No problem. Please take a picture of your ID and the Credit Card that you used to make your purchase. Send the picture with the person that is going to the Park.
You must bring a printed ticket or digital ticket on your phone to the box office for admission. Absolutely no admission without receipt!
You must bring a valid picture ID (driver's license, state ID, etc.) to the box office for admission if you've purchased tickets online. Absolutely no admission without an ID!
Children 13 and under not admitted without an adult into the Park.
Some attractions may require an additional waiver to be signed before the guest is allowed to enter.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once submitted.
Online tickets are non-transferable.
Online tickets valid until the date printed on the ticket.

All tickets are a revocable license and those who do not follow the posted regulations are subject to removal from the property without a refund. The holder of the ticket consents to the use of their image, without payment, for promotional, commercial publicity, or security use. Please help us make this a safe event for everyone by following the regulations set forth. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
