How long does it take to see everything at the Park?
Be prepared to make visiting Fright Planet your main plan for the night. Not only is there a lot to see, you'll want to spend as much time as possible enjoying it all! We have roamers and nightly entertainment, as well as unique food, drinks, and desserts! During our peak times, usually the week before Halloween, be perpared for large crowds and to wait in several lines. We do offer upgrades to VIP, which will allow you to bypass the long General Admission line and head into the shorter VIP line.

Is it scary?
Yes. A haunted event will be scary, but how scared you get depends on only one factor: you. If you come not wanting to have fun, or not wanting to get scared, you probably won't. If you come wanting to have a good time, then you'll have a blast! Also, if you aren't easily scared and horror movies do nothing to you, come with some really skidish friends in your group. You'll have a great time watching them get terrified! We offer something for everyone, so if you come looking to have fun and you won't be disapointed

Are children allowed?
All ages are welcome, including children and families. But please undertand that we are a scary park with a very scary environment. While some children are strong willed and nothing will phase them, others won't make it past the ticket window. You know your child best, so please understand that we cannot offer refunds for those too afraid to continue (adults or children). We do require a parent or guardian to accompany those under the age of 13. The 18: Extreme Haunt requires that an adult accompany any person under the age of 18 through that attraction.

Is there a discount for children?
Sorry, there is not. Fright Planet employs the same effects, actors, and scares for both adults and children alike. We believe that our general admission price is a bargain for all those who enter for the live action we provide! Children, just like adults, occupy the exact same space in the attractions and enjoy themselves just as much.

How much is parking?
Parking is free. Please enter through Gate #9 or Gate #10.

Is there food sold at the Park?
Yes, there are various food options at the Park.

What things are not allowed in the Park?
No weapons, lighters, outside food or drinks, or guests wearing a mask or carrying a fake weapon as part of a costume.

What if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
We do not recommend that pregnant women enter a haunted attraction, not only because the atomospher is intense, but because of the unpredictability of the guests within your own group. With the dark, narrow cooridors of most attractions, a member of your party may jump back into you if he or she were to get scared. In order to prevent any type of harm, this is why we discourage those pregnant from attending. For all other medical conditions, please read our
WARNINGS before coming to the Park.

Is everything the same as last year?
Besides the new attractions we add every year, even the most popular ones that we bring back year-after-year are vastly changed and improved! We want to you experience something new every year!

Can I print a discount coupon from your website?
We do not offer discount coupons online, however, we do handout printed discount coupons throughout Northern California and at many merchants and distribution points. Be sure to friend us on Facebook for even more exclusive deals!

Can I bring my camera?
Of course! Our roaming monsters love to get in your pictures though! Please be advised: WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY RECORDING DEVICES OR CAMERAS INSIDE OUR ATTRACTIONS. But have fun taking all the pictures or video you like while in our Park!

Can I come in costume?
You may wear your costume, however, masks, fake weapons, large items, or any item that may be a trip hazard (including large shoes, long drapy fabric, etc) are not allowed. Please leave those items in your car before you enter.

Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, our attractions are always handicap accessible and we will provide extra assistance if requested including an escort by a cast member. Please call us at 916-678-0266 for more information.

If I get too scared, can I get a refund?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds. Our haunted attractions are supposed to be scary. If you get too scared before being able to go all the way through, that just means we did our job really well!

What should I wear?
We recommend you dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes. Highheels are not recommened.

Where else has Fright Planet been?
Our past locations have included: Citrus Heights, Roseville, Sacramento, Dixon, Fairfield and for seven years we were in American Canyon as "The Hagman's Follow Haunted House."
