OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility

No purchase necessary. One entry per email address. Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents only. Employees, volunteers, or those associated in any manner with Fright Planet, and their immediate families are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age to enter.

A winner will be selected each Tuesday in the month of October of 2010. In the event that the winner chosen does not respond, Fright Planet will choose an alternate winner, and alternate winners will be chosen in this way until a winner claims the prize. No substitution for prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising the sweepstakes on the internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the promotion. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Fright Planet, Hangman's Follow Dark Amusements, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won.

2. Contest Conduct

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. Fright Planet reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process of the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or showing intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

3. Prize

(2) VIP Admission Tickets into any Fright Planet "World of Fear" haunted attraction during the 2010 season. Prize will remain as listed above and is not redeemable for cash. There will be no substitutions or no trade for cash value of the prizes. The laws of the United States govern this Giveaway. All federal, state and local laws apply. Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return with winner's documents.

4. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or technical failure or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ property or person related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading or copying materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason, for example but not limited to, of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor . IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, FRIGHT PLANET, HANGMAN'S FOLLOW DARK AMUSEMENTS, OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE WWW.FRIGHTPLANET.COM,  WWW.HANGMANSFOLLOW.COM, OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 5. Arbitration / Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (1): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Sacramento, CA.
6. Winners List

For name of winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by 10/31/10 to: Fright Planet, Fright Planet 2010 Ticket Sweepstakes Winners List, 8863 Greenback Lane, STE. #145, Orangevale, CA 95662. The name of winners may also be posted at www.frightplanet.com.
